Een Vandaag, NL 1, Saturday, June 2nd, 2007. During this program demonstrators talk about why they protest against the G8. Even though the activist who is being followed can tell his whole story, the report is still stereotyping towards the protesters. They are consequently all labeled as 'anti-globalisten' which is generally considered to be an insult. Most protesters view themselves as 'anders-globalisten'. And of course we see some nice footage of the campsite with flower-power guitar-music in the background. A different stereotype than rioting protesters but still a stereotype.
